Returns & cancellation policy

 Returns by withdrawal or revocation

You have the right to withdraw from this contract, withdrawing your purchase within 14 calendar days without justification. The withdrawal period will expire in 14 calendar days of the day that you or a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the goods. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by contacting the Customer Service Department by email to: [email protected], your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email). Customer Service will inform you of the procedure to be followed. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication concerning the exercise of this right be sent before the corresponding term expires.

 

Consequences of withdrawal:

In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method different from the less expensive mode of delivery we offer) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to desist from this contract. We will proceed to make such refund using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; In any case,no expenses will be incurred as a result of the refund. We may retain the refund until you have received the goods, or until you have submitted proof of the return thereof, depending on which condition is met first.

You must return or deliver the goods directly without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline will be deemed to have been fulfilled if the goods are returned before the deadline has expired. You must assume the direct cost of returning the goods.

 

Returns damaged, defective or incorrect products

If the buyer receives a damaged, defective or incorrect product, they have the right to claim the return or replacement of the product within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt.

To do this, it is necessary for the buyer to contact Customer Service: By e-mail: [email protected] From Monday to Friday the Customer Service Department will inform you of the procedure to follow so that you can detail the reasons for the return.

The returned amount will not be refunded on products that are not under the same conditions in which they were received and in their original packaging, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product.

Any return must be notified to BEACH SOCCER through any form admitted in law that can be accredited and, in any case, by returning the products received.

BEACH SOCCER will check all damaged or defective products that are returned. If it is considered that the returned product presents damages attributable to the buyer, BEACH SOCCER reserves the right to invoice any associated expenses, resending the damaged machine along with a report that will detail the reasons for its return.

In case of proceeding BEACH SOCCER will send you another of equal, or failing this,  superior characteristics. Also, BEACH SOCCER will take care of the costs of sending and / or collecting in your home and of replacing it, without additional charges.
