Most Common Questions
• Our returns and refunds policy

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we will offer you a full refund (including original shipping cost but excluding customs costs) within 14 days of purchase. The customer is required to pay the return shipping costs.

We will process your refund within 10 business days of receipt of the items and apply a credit to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email from us when this process is completed. A credit will appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle.

• Change Policy

Need to make a change? At this time, we do not offer product exchanges. You may return your product within 14 days of receiving it and re-order your replacement item.

• What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?

It is possible that your purchase was re-routed due to a delivery issue. We ask that you contact [email protected] and provide them with your order number.

• How many days will it take to receive my purchase?

Please note all products are shipped from Spain. For international shipments, please allow two to five days for deliveries. For national shipments, you can expect your purchase between 24 and 72 hours.

• Are customs costs included?

Import duties, import taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility upon receipt in their country. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what, if any, these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. Packages that are returned to us as a result of unpaid import duties/taxes will be refunded, minus the original shipping costs.

 

Orders
• Faulty Items, Missing Items or Wrong Items

If you believe that your merchandise is faulty, damaged or does not correspond to its description on our website, e-mail us at [email protected].

 

Payments
• Payment methods accepted
We only accept orders via our website. At this time, we do not accept phone orders.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept PayPal.
A maximum of one credit card or pre-paid credit card may be used on one order. For your security, your billing name and address must be entered exactly as they appear on your credit card statement. An order that does not match these criteria is subject to cancellation.

 

• Promo codes and coupons
If you have a Promo Code, it means that are entitled to special discounts on our products. These codes are entered at the check-out page in the box marked “Coupon” and will only apply to the product. Shipping is not subject to coupon discounts.

 

Deliveries

a) At a certain address

  • How can I track my order?
    The website can’t provide a tracking number at this stage. However, you can e-mail us at [email protected] and we will be pleased to provide you with your shipment tracking number.
  • International Deliveries
    International orders will arrive within two to five* working days
    (*delivery timelines exclude peak periods, public holidays and during adverse weather)
  • Spanish Deliveries
    Deliveries within Spain take from one to three working days* to arrive. Costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

b) At Beach Soccer Worldwide events

  • How can I have my products delivered for free at a BSWW event?
    Once at the check-out page, please select “BSWW Events Pick-up” at the end of the section “Your order” and select the most suitable event for you.
  • When will I be able to collect my package?
    Event pick-up times will be communicated by e-mail before the start of the competition. Please contact [email protected] for more details.
  • Where can I collect my package?
    The exact location for deliveries at events will be communicated by e-mail before the start of the competition. Please contact [email protected] for more details.
  • What do I need to accredit my purchase?
    Please print your Order Confirmation e-mail and bring it with you, along with your invoice.
