The delivery of the orders will be made by BEACH SOCCER by its own means or through a transport agency designated by it. Orders will be delivered to the address designated by the buyer, therefore BEACH SOCCER assumes no responsibility when the delivery cannot be made as a result of the information provided being inaccurate or incomplete or when delivery cannot be made in the absence of the recipient.
Delivery will be made to the address indicated by the customer, which may be different from their usual residence. In any case, the identification of the recipient will be required by an official document that identifies them, and signature of the delivery note.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, BEACH SOCCER will take the required measures to a diligent trader so that delivery can take place as soon as possible, both to the satisfaction of the sender and the recipient. The deliveries to hospitals, public bodies and other buildings in which there are restrictions for access to the general public, BEACH SOCCER does not guarantee that it is carried out directly to the recipient, the order being fulfilled and released from responsibility, when the order has been made available to the recipient at the reception or place that acts as access control.
The delivery time that is fixed in the page will be indicative only, and BEACH SOCCER will not be responsible if it exceeds the initially estimated time. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays there is no collection service or delivery of orders, which must be taken into account in the calculation of delivery dates. In periods when special circumstances (such as Christmas holidays, transport strikes, extraordinary events, etc.) occur, shipments may suffer some delay.
BEACH SOCCER does not guarantee deliveries at specific and set times. If the buyer indicates a specific date of delivery, or within it, shows preference for a certain time slot, it will be understood that it does so for guidance purposes. BEACH SOCCER must inform the carrier of this circumstance so that, as far as possible, it complies with this indication, without assuming any other obligation or responsibility.
In case that the product requested in your order is not available due to causes beyond the control of BEACH SOCCER, we will offer you the replacement of the requested product by another of the same price and similar quality or we will indicate the waiting period to re-arrange without limiting your right to cancel the order and request the return of the amounts paid.
